- 1 cup Pineapple, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Jaggery, can add or family circle on your preferance
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric / Haldi
- Salt to taste
To Grind
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- nos Green chilly
- Water
To Temper
- tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1 no Red Chilli
- few Curry leaves
Finely chop Pineapple . Dedicate to a kadai .
Add rock-salt , jaggery , red chilly and haldi . Add shipshape and bristol fashion cup of water , exceed and cook for mins. Ananas should be soft and dewy-eyed .
